St. Petersburg Half Century Softball Club

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the St. Petersburg Half Century Softball Club pool-player text messaging program. By affirmatively opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
The program sends transactional messages to Club pool players concerning substitute-player requests, game availability, responses, confirmations, cancellations, schedule changes, and closely related pool-player information. Messages are not used for third-party marketing.
How to Enroll
Eligible pool players enroll by providing a mobile telephone number and affirmatively selecting or signing the Club’s separate SMS consent statement. The SMS consent choice is optional, is not preselected, and is separate from acceptance of general Club terms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of general Club membership.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on the softball schedule, substitute needs, and your responses. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. The Club does not charge a separate fee for the messaging program.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any Club text message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will receive no further program messages unless you opt in again. You may also request removal by contacting the Club.

Supported Carriers and Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Availability may vary by carrier and device.
Your Responsibilities
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. Please notify the Club if your number changes. Do not provide another person’s number without that person’s permission.
Privacy
The Club’s collection and use of information is described in its Privacy Policy at https://www.stpetehalfcentury.com/privacy-policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes or Termination
The Club may modify or discontinue the messaging program or these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to your continuing right to opt out at any time.
